Bruce is great! He is very responsive and makes himself available around your schedule. I called him, and within two weeks he was able to allot time to sand and refinish my entire first floor while i was away on vacation (took 3- days).
The floor came out great, and he even suggested a new water-based stain which really improved the look of my home, and probably increased the value of my home for pennies on the dollar.
